Bit Weld Support

At 10:10 PM MST, Bit Weld support detected that one of its webservers was unresponsive and generating errors. The suspect machine was taken off-line. While a load balancer routed traffic around the failure, the service the site ran with degraded capacity until an additional webserver was added to the pool. As of 10:50 PM MST, full capacity was restored.

Bit Weld system administrators will be upgrading the www.bitweld.com service web site. The service may be unavailable during this maintenance window, however existing uploads and downloads will not be affected. We expect this maintenance to last no longer than the time listed.
