How do I remove users from my account?
Users may be removed from the account or disabled by the account user(s) with administrative permissions.
Disabling an account is strongly prefered as the user’s messages, workspaces, and account settings are not lost. A disabled account blocks the user from logging in and accessing their messages and workspaces. The account administrator may still view, remove, or change any messages and workspaces, include those for disabled users, in the account.
- Login, from the main menu select “<Your Login> … Users”.
- Click on the user account and select “Properties”.
- Click “Delete” to delete the user account and all messages / workspaces owned by the user.
