Access to the Bit Weld service (file uploads and downloads) is fully encrypted using SSL. This ensures complete privacy of your data as it travels across the Internet.

Access to Secure Messages and Workspaces can be tightly controlled and customized to meet your security requirements. Secure Messages and Workspaces may be access by Visitors (individuals that do not have a Bit Weld login account) and Users.

All files stored on Bit Weld servers are protected by security access controls and are stored using a scrambled name. This prevents unauthorized access to files and denies network intruders from identifying files by their original name or to determine the owner of the file.

Each time a Secure Message or Workspace is accessed you can be alerted via email. You can also receive alerts when a Secure Workspace is changed.
