Bit Weld Support

Here is our 5-step Referral Checklist:

1. Identify a candidate business
2. Have them register for a Bit Weld account (14-day free trial, optional)
   • Visit https://www.bitweld.com/register.aspx?trial=1
   • Have them enter your email address in the “Referral Code” text box.
3. Inform Bit Weld about the referral via phone or email
   • Referral Information
     • Business name
     • Business website (or street address)
     • Business point of contact (name, title, email, phone)
   • Your Information
     • Your name
     • Your contact information (email, phone)
4. Receive referral confirmation from Bit Weld
5. Prepare for referral payment
   • Complete W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Form
   • Send completed W-9 form to Bit Weld as a Secure Message

Notes:
1. The candidate business must be a new account.
2. All referrals must be third party referrals.
3. Referrals must convert to paid accounts within 2 months.
